Streaming made music feel endless, but I sometimes miss the feeling of sitting with a full album from start to finish. Albums used to feel like worlds with their own mood, pacing, artwork, and identity.

Playlists are convenient, but they can turn music into background noise if you are not careful. A brilliant album asks for your attention in a different way.

Do you still listen to full albums, or have playlists and shuffled tracks completely taken over?

Albums definitely still matter to me. Some songs only make sense in context

Playlists are great for discovery, but albums feel more personal and intentional

I think younger listeners experience music differently because streaming changed the habit completely

A strong opening track on an album still feels special to me
