Cheapest hobby you actually have versus the most expensive one, be honest

My cheapest is genuinely just walking, costs nothing beyond a decent pair of shoes and gets me out of the house daily, my most expensive is photography which has quietly drained more money than I want to admit over the years

Curious what the actual gap looks like for other people, the free or nearly free thing you do constantly versus the one hobby that's genuinely bled your wallet dry over time

Cheapest is reading, library card and done, most expensive is definitely skiing, between gear and lift tickets and travel it's become my biggest annual expense by a wide margin
