Every build has one part where you made a slightly unconventional choice, and right up until it either works flawlessly or causes a genuine problem, that choice exists in both states simultaneously, brilliant cost saving decision, and the exact reason your temperatures are creeping up

The uncertainty is honestly part of the appeal of building anything yourself, you don't fully know which version of the story you're living in until it's already too late to easily change
