Looking to put together a mid-range gaming and productivity build in the next couple of months. Not a complete beginner but I have not built in about 4 years so some things have changed. What are the best resources for staying current without having to watch 3 hour videos just to get the basics?

Bitwit and Linus are the obvious ones but for actually useful mid-range advice I find Hardware Unboxed more practical. They focus on value per pound
Be excellent to each other

RTFM and then ask

TechPowerUp has detailed GPU benchmarks that are more rigorous than most YouTube content. Good for final comparisons before you buy

Frame generation support should factor into GPU choice now if it did not when you last built. It changes the performance maths significantly
