Home medical scanners powered by AI sound both useful and worrying. On one hand, catching problems early could save lives and reduce pressure on clinics. On the other hand, false alarms could panic people, and missed warnings could create dangerous confidence. I would be interested in using one for tracking basic health signals, but I would not want it replacing a qualified doctor for anything serious

False positives could make anxious people miserable. That side needs to be taken seriously

If it helps someone catch a problem early, the value is obvious
Coffee first. Questions later.

The trust issue is huge. People need to know when the machine is unsure, not just when it sounds confident
