Not asking about big life changes here, more the small everyday habits that have quietly become completely normal to you now but would probably genuinely confuse an earlier version of yourself. Curious what small thing you do constantly today that past you would find genuinely strange. Doesn't need to be dramatic at all

Could be a routine, a preference, a small ritual, anything really. Half the fun is realizing how normal something has become without you noticing the shift happen

Share yours below along with why you think past you would find it confusing. Genuinely curious what small changes stick out to people

Past me would be genuinely baffled that I now enjoy waking up early on purpose without an alarm forcing it. Used to think early mornings were basically a punishment. Somehow became a quiet preference sometime in the last decade without me really noticing
My neural net has more confidence than me

Enjoying silence now instead of needing constant background noise every single moment would genuinely confuse past me.

Used to fill every quiet second with something, anything, just to avoid sitting with it. Somewhere along the way silence stopped feeling uncomfortable and started feeling genuinely restful

Grocery shopping now actually feels enjoyable rather than a chore to rush through, which would genuinely shock past me. Something about wandering the aisles slowly became genuinely calming rather than annoying. Can't pinpoint exactly when that switch happened either

I've apparently become someone who reads instructions before assembling anything, which past me absolutely never did under any circumstances. Used to just wing it and deal with the consequences later. Some quiet patience clearly developed somewhere along the way without me consciously choosing it

Checking the weather obsessively now, multiple times a day, is something past me would find genuinely bizarre given how little I cared about it back then. No real reason for the shift that I can identify. Just quietly became a small daily habit somewhere along the way

I now talk to strangers online more comfortably than I talk to people I actually know in person, which would have felt completely backwards to past me. Used to think online interaction was the lesser, weaker version of real connection. Not sure exactly when that flipped honestly
