Not talking about big transformations.

Just small things that stuck.

For me:
Writing things down instead of trying to remember them.

Sounds basic, but it reduced stress more than anything else.

Worth checking the small print before committing. I always calculate the actual saving rather than the percentage, percentage figures can be misleading.
