What's a completely mainstream, boring opinion you hold that somehow always gets pushback online?

There's a specific category of opinion that feels almost too obvious to even count as an opinion, and yet somehow always manages to start an argument the moment it gets typed out anywhere with comments enabled. Things like preferring a good night's sleep over staying out late, thinking most sequels genuinely are worse than the original, or believing a decent sandwich is one of the most underrated meals that exist

The interesting part isn't really the opinion itself, it's trying to figure out why anything this mild triggers a reaction at all. Sometimes it's because the opinion touches something people have built a small piece of identity around without realizing it, sometimes it's just that the internet rewards disagreement more than agreement, and a boring true statement doesn't generate much of a response compared to a slightly contrarian one

So here's the actual question worth digging into, what's the most mainstream, unremarkable opinion you genuinely hold that you've noticed still manages to get people fired up whenever it comes up, and do you have any theory for why that specific one seems to hit a nerve
It's only banter... mostly
