Maybe it was going down a rabbit hole on which quantum computing architecture is going to win, only to realise three hours later you are reading about the Ising model on Wikipedia at 1am. Maybe it was watching World Cup group stage games for countries you have no connection to. Maybe it was refreshing crypto price charts every six minutes even though you have decided not to sell anything.
