Classic icebreaker with a twist, a lot of people default to calling their hometown the best place they've ever lived, but curious how much of that is genuine honest comparison versus just the comfort of familiarity talking. If you've actually lived somewhere else for a meaningful stretch, does your hometown genuinely still win, or does nostalgia do most of the heavy lifting in that judgment. Curious how people land on this honestly

Share your actual honest take below along with where else you've lived for comparison if applicable. Genuinely curious how people answer this one

Moved away from my hometown for a decade and honestly the place I moved to genuinely won on almost every practical measure, weather, job opportunities, cost of living, all of it. Still visit and enjoy my hometown but calling it objectively the best would genuinely be pure nostalgia talking at this point. Familiarity and quality aren't always the same thing
