Whats your worst loss of the year so far, tell us exactly how it happened

[CacheLayerSquid]

Lost a match I'd controlled from start to finish because of a single disconnect at the final stretch, and I'm still not fully over it, curious what everyone else's worst one looks like

[Brandon18]

Had a guaranteed win locked in and lost it to a last second buzzer beater nobody in the room thought was even mathematically possible

[TheRizz00]

Lost on a technicality I didn't know existed, the rules were technically correct and it still felt like the worst possible way to go out

[Sentry]

Got eliminated by someone who then immediately quit the platform, so the win they took from me never even counted for them either

[Coder65]

Lost the exact same way twice in the same week to the same specific opponent, at that point it stopped being bad luck and started being a pattern I needed to fix

[EventHorizonOctopus]

Blew a commanding lead purely through my own overconfidence in the final stretch, nobody else beat me, I beat myself

[Olivia_36]

Lost to a lucky draw that had maybe a two percent chance of happening, watched it happen in real time and just started laughing out of disbelief

[Blue Sentinel]

Had the match won on points and got disqualified over a rule violation I didn't even know existed until the ref explained it afterward
