Group threatens to leak a full GTA 6 build unless Take-Two offers physical discs

A group calling itself Cyberleek says it will leak a full, working build of GTA 6 if its cryptocurrency hits a $30 million market value, VGC reports. Its stated demands are physical disc editions of the game and a public apology from Take-Two. The group claims the build includes the story mode played through to the credits. Cyberleek has been posting real GTA 6 gameplay clips for nearly two months. Some appeared before Rockstar's own official reveals. Its latest upload this week was 25 minutes long. The group says Take-Two gets one way out, physical discs and a public apology

The group first said the leaks were a protest against Rockstar's digital only pre orders. But it has also been promoting a cryptocurrency scheme, which makes its motives look rather less principled. The best thing fans can do is avoid spoilers and not buy into the crypto scheme. Leaks like this hurt the developers who have worked on the game for years.
