What would improve this forum fastest?

[Badger27]

This is a thread inviting practical suggestions. Asking what would improve the forum fastest, whether it be structure, features, moderation, and user experience all at once

It also helps surface what us regulars actually need rather than what administrators quantumday, Quantumknight and Codeberg assume we need. That makes the discussion more actionable and easier to revisit later.

The best question here is whether the biggest improvement would come from design, community tools, or clearer posting standards

Would a cleaner homepage help, or do you think the problem is navigation between boards?

Do you think the forum needs more structure or more freedom?

I would love to hear what experienced members think has actually worked on other forums.
