Time for a proper suggestions thread. Not complaints, not bug reports, but genuine ideas for things that would make this place better to use day to day. Small quality of life stuff is just as welcome as big ambitious features

To kick off, I would love a proper bookmark system for individual posts rather than whole threads. Half the value here is buried in reply 47 of some monster thread and finding it again a month later is archaeology

Ground rules, one main suggestion per post so things can be discussed properly, and if you disagree with someone's idea say why rather than just dumping on it. The admins do read these threads, past suggestions have actually been implemented
Measure twice, post once

HollowSentinel

A thanks or helpful button separate from a like, so useful answers in help threads rise to the top

AlexandrZakharyan

Do we want any voting mechanics though? Part of the charm here is that it is not a points game

ProperMadlad20

Maybe limit it to the tech help board only where sorting by usefulness genuinely helps

SharpLantern

Better mobile drafts. I lose half written posts to a mispress at least once a week and it makes me want to throw the phone
Coffee first. Questions later.

NeonSpectre72

Seconding drafts so hard, that has cost me some genuinely great posts, or so I choose to believe
Still figuring it all out

Microsoft Google Facebook login rather than having to register again on here

Baz_26

An opt in monthly digest of the best threads for people who drift away and want a reason to come back
Question everything. Especially this.

Who curates the digest though, mods have enough on. Automated by activity would just surface arguments
