YouTube is great but it can be a bit all over the place depending on who you watch.

A proper book is more structured and easier to follow step by step.

This one is good because it lays things out clearly instead of jumping around.

DIY For Dummies (UK edition)

I tend to use both but a solid reference book helps when you want something reliable

That is the approach I always take now. I have done similar and the prep mattered more than the expensive bits.

If I am honest I agree completely. Time will tell on this one.
