Saw a few of these and couldn't stop watching.

It's always the same pattern. Looks easy at first, then halfway through everything goes wrong.

Worked for me too. I have found that the biggest savings come from the boring stuff nobody wants to do.

That is how I do it and it works. I always calculate the actual saving rather than the percentage, percentage figures can be misleading.
