Show your work thread. Not finished results but current state. The project that is half done on the workbench or in the garden. The one you have been meaning to start and finally have. The thing you finished last weekend that you are quietly proud of.

Photos welcome but not required. Brief description of what it is and where you are with it.
git commit -m "fixed everything"

Foundry20

Building a raised vegetable bed from reclaimed timber. Found some old floorboards being thrown out by a neighbour and they are being repurposed. Halfway through the construction. The soil preparation is going to be the time-consuming part.

MJF86

Rewiring a lamp that belonged to my grandmother. Not complicated electrically but I wanted to do it properly rather than use a cheap conversion kit. Working through it slowly because the original hardware is worth preserving.

WanderingSentinel

A garden path from reclaimed bricks. About a third done. The levelling and bedding part is more time-consuming than I expected but the result so far looks exactly how I wanted it to.

RusticDaemon

Building a standing desk from scratch. Had the top cut from a solid oak blank. The frame is steel angle that I am welding. First welding project of any real size. Intimidating but going well.

Rocket67

Repainting the kitchen. I know this sounds ordinary but I have been living with a colour I hate for three years and I finally committed to changing it. Currently in the sanding and priming stage which is the part nobody tells you takes longer than the painting.
