Rogue Sam

started using a smart ring for sleep and recovery tracking.

Didn't expect much beyond step counting.

But now I'm getting:
•Sleep quality breakdown
•recovery scores
•stress tracking
•HRV insights

The one I'm testing:
Oura Ring Gen3 Horizon Smart Ring

What stood out:
It can detect trends in your body before you notice anything.
Downside:
•Data overload if you ignore it
•Not cheap

But this is heading toward:
 Predictive health, not tracking

Anyone deep into this stuff yet?

Opinions are my own. Obviously.

I don't like watches so a ring may be my precious

Ok Gollum. (LOTR reference) but I think rings are going to go mainstream
