Is Windows 11 actually better now or still bloated?

Sometimes one or two sensible changes help more than a full rebuild.

Most machines slow down for software reasons not hardware ones.

I have seen conflicting advice elsewhere and wanted to get a more grounded take on it.

I would rather have a qualified answer that acknowledges uncertainty than a confident one that turns out to be wrong.

Appreciate any honest input.
