What is the strangest thing you have seen someone try to buy or sell using crypto

[Taker]

Saw someone trying to trade a genuinely random collectible purely for a specific altcoin online once, still don't fully understand the actual logic behind that trade

[Rory84]

Saw a listing for actual real estate priced entirely in crypto once, strange to see something that tangible tied to something that volatile

[Alisson]

Honestly saw someone try to sell a car purely for crypto at a local meetup, felt like an odd real world collision of two completely different worlds

[TommyB_20]

Yeah saw something similar actually, a random garage sale item listed for a specific token, completely bizarre in person

[Pixel Jay]

Nah mine was actually a wedding, saw a couple accept crypto as an actual gift option alongside cash, surprised me at the time

[Hitman04]

Buying high selling low! Crazy

[AlignmentQuarry]

Weirdly saw someone attempt to pay rent directly in crypto to a landlord who clearly had no idea what to do with it afterward

[TheRizz07]

Mine's a small business that briefly accepted it for coffee purchases, strange watching someone calculate a coffee price in a constantly fluctuating currency

[Stuart91]

Same real estate story here actually, a specific property listing priced entirely in crypto that never actually seemed to sell
