Crypto is a strong topic when it focuses on how opinions changed rather than just price movement. That lets people talk about regulation, security, adoption, custody, and whether the technology has matured enough to matter beyond speculation

It also creates room for disagreement without reducing the thread to a market cheerleading post. Some people have become more skeptical, while others have become more convinced by infrastructure and use cases

The most interesting question is whether crypto is still mainly a bet, or whether it has become part of the financial landscape in a more durable way

I think the biggest change in my view came from watching custody and regulation become more important than price swings. What changed your view most?

I disagree that crypto only makes sense as speculation. There are still real infrastructure and transfer use cases that matter.

Do you think Bitcoin is more of a store of value now, or still mostly a risk asset?

I am curious whether people here pay more attention to self custody or exchange convenience. Which matters more to you?
