The classics of the syllabus, the difference between an exchange balance and coins you actually control, the fee paid to impatience during your first congested transaction, the project that was definitely different and definitely was not, the screenshot of a peak balance that still lives in a folder somewhere, and the moment you realised nobody, absolutely nobody, can time any of it

House rules keep it useful, no shilling anything, no price predictions in either direction, scars shared with self deprecation teach better than victory laps, and the phrase not financial advice is assumed over the entire thread like weather

Most expensive lesson, kept everything on an exchange because self custody seemed hard, the exchange had other ideas about whose money it was, the tuition was four figures and the phrase not your keys stopped being a slogan and became a memory
