Whats your actual editing philosophy, heavy post processing or as close to straight out of camera as possible

I'm firmly in the minimal editing camp myself, a little exposure and contrast adjustment and that's genuinely it, feels more honest to what I actually saw through the viewfinder

There's a real spectrum here from people who barely touch RAW files at all to people who essentially paint an entirely new image starting from a photograph, curious where people actually land and why

Heavy editing for me, the camera captures the raw material and the actual creative work happens afterward in post, that's where my artistic voice comes through

Minimal editing, I want the challenge of getting it right in camera, feels like cheating to fix composition or lighting mistakes after the fact
