Procreate vs Clip Studio Paint vs Legacy ArtRage

I'm getting more into digital painting and trying to decide what to use. Is Procreate better, or should I get Clip Studio Paint PRO - v2 (Perpetual License)? Or just stick with ArtRage?

I use Procreate daily on my iPad. The brushes and workflow are incredible, and they keep adding new AI-assisted brushes and features. Perfect for anyone who likes to experiment or wants an evolving tool

Clip Studio Paint PRO - v2 (Perpetual License) is great if you want a one-time purchase. You get full brush customization, animation tools, and comics/manga workflow. The downside: updates aren't as fast as subscription apps, but it's very capable

Sounds like Procreate is the way to go for daily sketching and evolving tools, while Clip Studio Paint PRO - v2 (Perpetual License) is better if I don't want a subscription. I'll probably keep ArtRage around for nostalgia
