What concerns you most about where AI is heading? - any thoughts

The biggest concern for me is not that AI becomes too smart overnight, it is that people use it without understanding the limitations.

A few months ago I watched someone trust an AI generated summary for a work project without checking the sources. It sounded perfect, had neat formatting, and was completely wrong in a couple of places.

The scary part is that confident mistakes are much harder to notice than obvious mistakes.
