I am more interested in what people are actually using than what gets hyped.

Most of the hype comes from people who tried it once rather than used it daily.

Any caveats or things to watch out for would be just as useful as a straight recommendation.

The honest version of this topic is more complicated than it first appears and I think that is worth exploring properly.
