SpaceX can build AI satellites but other cloud companies can't? Is it just because SpaceX owns Starship or is there something else preventing competition?

Launch cost is barrier. SpaceX has Starship which is cheapest launch available. Anyone else has to pay SpaceX or other launch providers. That cost structure kills economics
