Enterprise AI servers are starting to feel like a rich company game. Between GPUs, memory, storage, power, cooling and support contracts, a small startup can burn serious money before proving anything. Cloud access helps, but that can also become a monthly leak. It makes me wonder whether the next wave of AI startups will need clever model choices more than huge hardware budgets
